A quiet and peaceful flat

Hi there,

I'm looking for an En-suite room. Self-contained would be ideal, but at this budget, I acknowledge that it is unlikely.

I'm moving out of my family home partly to be nearer my work so I can focus on my training/work over the next few months between now and end of July/beginning of August. So I need the room from now until end of July really.

I would like to be within 30 minutes travel distance of Goodmayes hospital (by public transport) door to door.

Main criteria is a room where I can't hear noise in my room after 9pm that is coming from other rooms/people/TV. I am looking for a quiet environment.

I sometimes work from home and so it wouldn't work if housemate(s) aren't ok with this.

Other essentials:
Cooking facilities needed i. e. cooker, microwave.
WIFI/broadband - basically internet connection
Security important i. e. having a key to my room, and secure locks in the front doors of the house
Desk and chair to study

I'd like to live with others in the building (e. g. HMO is ok) though I'm seeking an en-suite/self-contained room myself.
I am naturally quite a sociable person so of course I will talk with others I live with.
At the same time it wouldn't work if being available to socialise/have a drink together is an expectation from the housemate(s) .

I would like to be within 5-10 minutes walking distance of a train/tube/rail station and ideally living relatively close to a bus stop..
