Looking for a Quiet Room in Romford RM1

I'm looking for a quiet decent size single or double room in Romford RM1 within a walking distance to Romford Rail Station. The room would need to be rented out individually from other rooms in the property under a separate tenancy agreement (or under a lodger's agreement if by a live-in landlord). Rented out by a live-out landlord or agency option preferred. No buddying up please. Furnished with A LOT OF STORAGE. A single bed would be sufficient, ample free floor space being more important. A quiet household, no children please. I always respect housemates' privacy, autonomy and need to rest in a peaceful clean environment. I seek the same. Price up to approximately GBP 900 per month, including all bills and broadband. Due to the nature of my work, I often travel and don't normally live in the property all the time. I always pay the full monthly rent without fail, though. Available to move in on 1th June but can wait till a room matching the above description becomes available.
