Pet friendly, EPPING or surrounds

Hello there,
Annex, granny flat, bungalow, static or bedsit wanted for single occupancy.


OR

a buddy up to share a place we can make a home in together.

I have lots of as amazing house plants, pictures, and other bits and bobs and would not be able to fit it all into one double bedroom so a shared property is more desirable than living alone.
Pet friendly property required.
I have 2 wonderful cats, groomed and well behaved
I'm an extremely considerate and homely person.
I'm am tidy and organised and keep a clean environment, especially in shared spaces.
I drive & so would need a parking space that doesn't have to be paid for and would happily move to a semi rural property.
I am Vegan and I'm studying to be a Naturopath so living with like minded people would be a bonus but not a necessity.
