I’m Pete, 36, and looking for a room from September. I work in football development, managing and coaching different programmes across North London, with a particular focus on women’s and girls’ football. I work quite a lot and am generally out of the house most days from late morning, so I’m not around constantly. Except Monday or Friday where I tend to have a rest day.

I also enjoy getting out and about, going for walks, travelling, trying new places to eat and generally making the most of London.

I’m sociable and would be keen to live somewhere where people are friendly and occasionally do things together. Cooking, watching something, going out for food, or just having a chat. Equally, I’m very comfortable doing my own thing and appreciate having some space when I’m busy.

I don’t drink, but I’m still very social and enjoy going out, particularly for food. I’m tidy, respectful of shared spaces and fairly easy-going about how people live.

I’m ideally looking for a friendly, relaxed house/flat with good people who are happy to socialise but also have their own lives. I’d prefer a home rather than simply a place to sleep.

I’m flexible on the exact area, but would ideally like somewhere with good transport links into central/north London and somewhere that feels settled and comfortable.
