Friendly clean tidy professional single female

I am looking to share with clean, tidy and considerate professionals/mature students who are friendly, respect privacy, and who are drama-free at home, or for a property alone.

I love to cook, but only get time for about 2 big cook-ups a week. I am out loads working shifts, and tend to go out with friends during my spare time so I'm not often in the house unless sleeping or doing part-time study, but I'm chatty and sociable when about the house.

I need to have use of a washing machine and car parking, and would appreciate a terrace or garden but this is not essential. I am also a hula hooper so either a garden or big room with high ceiling would be amazing but happy to keep that to the parks if not possible. I would prefer en-suite but would consider other. Happy to take on a suitable studio or one bed flat.

I vape so I hope you are OK with that, can keep that to my room if preferred but not happy with being forced to go outside.
