Annex or double en-suite

I am a sensible, professional woman.
Ideally, I am looking for a long-term rental annexe that I could use exclusively and without disturbance.
Alternatively, I would consider renting a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom in a clean, well-maintained house or flat, sharing only with the owners.

Please note that large, bustling family homes or social house shares with communal living spaces would not work for me.
I lead a simple 9-to-5.30 lifestyle and need peace and quiet at home. I follow a plant-based lifestyle and have high hygiene standards.

As for the location, Mytchett, North Camp and Farnborough areas were preferred, but would consider Camberley as well.
