I am looking for a room to rent or even a small studio or place of my own.
My sole purpose is to work and study, so I'm looking ideally for a quiet household ( I don't mind household noise, but I'm too old for a party household.)
I am quiet, clean, very respectful and like my own space. I want a space where I can come back too, study and sleep. I am very clean and tidy. I don't drink and don't smoke. Happy to help out around the house/garden when needed.
