I seek a professional/mature house share. Quiet & chill vibe. Also looking for somewhere that no one is ideally working from home. And no smoking in the house. No live in landlord please.
Single contracts only. No joint tenancies please. Paying directly to the landlord via bank account. Not someone else's bank account.
