I am a 36 year old working professional who is looking for a room with all bills included. Ideally unfurnished as I like to make it my own space. Also no carpet please, due to sensitivities.

I seek a professional/mature house share.

Quiet & chill vibe. Not a party house!

Somewhere that no one is ideally working from home (no freedom in the house when off from work).

No smoking in the house (no compromising on this because clothes, curtains etc smell of it).

No live in landlord.

Single contracts only. No joint tenancies.

Paying directly to the landlord via bank account. Not someone else's bank account.
