Looking for a Studio Flat or En-Suite Room

I’m a working professional looking for a self-contained studio or en-suite room from October to April, for a maximum stay of 6–7 months. Shorter stays are also considered.
This could be repeated each year if it works well for both parties.

Must-haves:
• Private bedroom with en-suite bathroom
• Parking space for one car
• Reasonably priced accommodation
