Large Double Room in a professional quiet house

Looking for 21st June 2026 onwards.
I work full-time (portfolio career—wellbeing business/Remote EA work, etc.), and my well-behaved dog comes with me!
Weekends, maybe in, maybe out; my life is busy and varied.
I generally work from home on Mondays, and on other days I leave early.

Looking for no more than a 30-minute drive to OX29 4SU.

I have a well-behaved/trained 9-year-old ESS, a quiet house dog. Everyone adores him! We've been permanently house/pet-sitting for the last 3.5 years, so there are plenty of references!

Need open-minded, considerate, easy-going house mate/s who enjoy life. Preferably, no more than 3 in total sharing.

Would like a place to feel like home, not just a place to live.
A desk in the room would be fab, or office space elsewhere that i can use. I'm a relaxed person by night, not a party animal!
I do love to cook from fresh, so fridge space is a must!

I have shared most of my life and also lived within private households for work, so I am very used to sharing and being mutually respectful.

I also still housesit 3months + of the year.
