Looking for a relaxed, friendly, ruralish housesha

I'm looking for a co-housing or house-share of two or more people that live together, not just live under the same roof. I believe community is really important for a good life and I want to enjoy the people I spend my downtime with. I like to watch films, cook and share meals, chill around a fire, read and every now and then have a big night out and go to a gig or festival.

I appreciate a clean and tidy home and believe consideration of others and the space they live in is really important. My home is my sanctuary and I act as if it's just as important to you too.

My day job is as a psychotherapist - I work online a lot (from home) so I won't be out of the house much.

Having spent the last three years on a main road I am looking to move somewhere with less traffic and more wild space. I've fallen in love with Sheffield and want to continue building a life here but I don't need to be so close! I'm particularly drawn to the west side of the city and towards the Peaks.

I have all the furniture I need and as a traditional artist and avid reader need plenty of space to fit it all in. Ideally my dream would be to find someone with an annex willing to rent it at the price of a room. I've been recovering from burnout in the last few years and my income has reduced to a third of what it was but my needs remain the same while the market has shot up! I figured I might as well ask for exactly what I'd like and see what happens :) A low deposit would be a bonus too.

Chemistry and communication are really important to me in the people I live with so I'm happy to take the time to find the right situation for all of us.
