Looking for over-35 to buddy up.

I'm looking for an older person or persons to look for and share a new flat/ house with in Bedminster. Not interested in a room in someone else's house/ flatshare.

I'm currently living in a lovely 2-bed flat in Bishopsworth, but it's just too far out of the city, I'm too isolated, and there's nothing to do and a lack of facilities. I also foolishly let someone in their 20s move in, only to have him immediately quit his job and start staying up all night playing video games and keeping me up, so moving out is the only way to get rid of him!

I'm looking to move back to central Bedminster, I lived there for 8 years till the landlady decided to sell the house. I'm looking to move in the first half of the year, preferably somewhere between January and May, before the students start moving, so would like to find a flatmate before I start looking at places.

I'm an excellent person to live with, have all appliances needed, and have been running rented households for decades.

I will be looking at 2/3 bed Flats/ houses in Bedminster, at the £1,200-1,500 level for a two bed, or £1,800-2100 for a 3 bed, if you have a vacant property coming up, please contact me. I am not interested in a room in someone else's property.
