Looking for a Room in Hastings or St Leonards

Hi,

I’m a 60-year-old male currently living and working in Plymouth. I’ve recently accepted a new job with DWP in Hastings and am now waiting for a start date. I’m therefore looking for a room to rent in Hastings or St Leonards.

I grew up in Bexhill, so I’m not new to the area and know Hastings and the surrounding area pretty well.

I’m clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces, and would ideally like to live with people who are the same. I’m not looking for a party house, a quiet, friendly home would suit me very well.

I enjoy swimming, cycling, jogging and walking, and I also enjoy cooking (I’m no chef, but I like pottering around in the kitchen!).

My budget is up to £600 per month including bills.

I’ve already given one month’s notice at my current place in Plymouth, so I’m looking to move towards the end of October, or possibly a little earlier.
