I'm a working professional looking for a furnished room in Caernarfon town (not in the countryside.)

I would prefer all bills included.

I'm happy to share with anyone who is considerate about noise and mess (students and other non-students).

I would need WiFi in order to work from home.

Female, Cymraeg-speaker, looking to relocate from south Wales.

I have consistent, long-term employment so I will pay rent on time and in full.

I am considerate of others so I will keep the place tidy and keep the noise down.

I'm responsible so I'll put the bins out for collection (and on the correct day!)

I have no partner, no children and no pets, so can re-locate without fuss.

I can provide references from previous landlords.

I am flexible about when I can move.

I don't smoke, drink very little and never do drugs.

If the place has parking, that would be an added bonus.
