Friendly, clean female seeking short term home

Hi,
I am looking for a shorter term let in between the home I'm moving out of on 30th June, and my next long term home, for which I do not have a start date. It could be a question of 3 months or more. I would of course provide mutually agreed on notice when I am able to move on.

I am a female who works full-time in Lewisham for a charity, mostly office based with one-two days per week from home.

I like drawing, reading, being outside, and connecting with my son or friends.

I am a friendly, calm and considerate person who looks after my home (and in-between home!).

I can provide references from my current and previous landlords if that would be helpful!
