Seeking House Share with Owner

Semi-retired female Therapist seeks light, spacious and peaceful house share with owner. Preferred area close to Wells, or main routes to Bath and Bristol. It could be an annexe or the wing of a house or rooms, and it may be furnished or part-furnished. I am open to consider what might suit mutual requirements and happy to negotiate accordingly.
I appreciate harmony and a well-kept and organised home. I have excellent references. My work requires me to have an enhanced DBS certificate which is checkable.
