Professional, semi-retired female seeks light, spacious and peaceful long-term rental accommodation with own bathroom and, if possible, sitting room. Preferred area would be close to Wells, or close to main routes to Bath and Bristol. It could be an annexe or the wing of a house or a suite of rooms and it may be furnished or part-furnished. I am open to consider what might suit my requirements and happy to negotiate accordingly.
I appreciate harmony and a well-kept and organised home. I have excellent references from 3 previous landlords over the last 20 years with whom I am still in touch. My work requires me to have an enhanced DBS certificate which is checkable.
