Proffesional male looking for cheap accomodation
I am looking for accommodation with easy access to Chiswick by public transport.
I am semi retired and would be using the housing benefit part of universal credit to reclaim part of the rent. Therefore a recognised lease is essential. I am a very quiet person who gets along with everyone.
Whilst I can provide a deposit as required I have an alternative which is of benefit to a potential landlord. I have access to funds from Hammersmith and Fulham council in the form of a landlords incentive which you might be able to obtain in lieu of a deposit. For a minimum one year lease I am advised this would be £1000, for a minimum two year lease this would be £2000. There are certain conditions imposed, for example, the minimum term must be stated on the lease and there must be certain certificates with respect to utilities etc.
