Looking to share 3 bedroom house

I'm looking for someone to share a 3 bed property with me, preferably in Ware, but I'm open to surrounding areas.

A bit about me: I'm a journalist and work from home but travel into London occasionally. I also take fairly long trips to Canada once or twice a year. I'm going through a separation so looking for a kind, clean, chill and conscientious person to share a house/flat with me. My two children, age 2 and 7, would be with me approx 50% of the time.

Because I need two bedrooms, I'm happy to pay proportionately more of the rent/bills. I'm looking to create a comfortable and ideally spacious home for me and my children, that has access to a garden or balcony at the very least. Two bathrooms also would be preferred.

I love cooking healthy food, growing vegetables in the summer, having a glass of wine of a Friday evening and basically having a laugh. I don't take myself too seriously but love a deep conversation from time to time!

I adore interior decorating so would be happy to take the lead on that.
