Hi! I’m Grace, a 32-year-old woman working at a university, and I’m looking for a room in a nice, well-kept house/flat with considerate and respectful housemates.

I’m clean and tidy and would really value living with people who take pride in their home, respect other people’s belongings and do their fair share of the household chores. Good kitchen space and storage is particularly important to me - ideally there would be enough room for everyone to store their own food and things without it becoming unmanageable or difficult to eat well.

I’m quite independent and enjoy having my own space, but I’m also sociable and happy to have a chat, hang out or go for a drink now and then. I’d like somewhere friendly where people are comfortable being sociable as well as doing their own thing.

I mostly work from the office and work from home around once a week. I’m often out in the evenings after work and I can be away for much of the weekend.

I also play ice hockey, so somewhere I can safely store my hockey kit would be a big bonus, particularly if the bedroom is small or difficult to access (e. g. narrow staircases).

Ideally, I’m looking for:

- Bills included, if possible
- Some outdoor space, such as a garden or patio
- Car parking, whether that’s off-street, on-street or via a permit
- Enough kitchen/storage space for everyone living there
- Somewhere clean, comfortable and well maintained
- A good location for commuting to the university

Overall, I’m looking for a nice, clean and comfortable home with considerate housemates, rather than simply a room to rent.
