I teach yoga and Pilates full-time and enjoy all things movement – running, strength training, and the occasional hybrid workout! I'm quite chilled at home and usually in bed by 11 on School night so I'd love to share with others who are similar. If I'm not out and about, you'll find me cooking, reading, or getting cosy with a Disney movie. A house with a Cleaning rota or cleaner is a huge bonus!
