I’m looking for a double room with no carpet, max 3 rooms, spacious enough to comfortably fit a desk and a wardrobe.

A bit about me: I’m a 40-year-old Italian web developer working at an advertising agency in Soho. I currently work hybrid splitting my time between home and office.
I’m looking for a calm, clean, and comfortable place that truly feels like home.
I prefer a peaceful and mature household, as my party days are long behind me, where everyone is respectful of shared spaces. I see home as a sanctuary, a place to relax and unwind after a busy day, definitely not a party house, as I prefer to keep social life and nights out outside the home.

I’m very clean and I like to keep shared spaces spotless. I’m also very mindful of noise, so you won’t hear loud music from my room as I always use headphones. I know shared living works best when everyone is respectful, and that’s very important to me.

I’m tidy, considerate, and easygoing, and I enjoy a relaxed, respectful living environment.

Regarding my hobbies, I spend a lot of time wandering Clissold Park or strolling along the canal, hunting for treasures in second-hand charity shops, and popping into galleries and gigs now and then. I come armed with a Tate, V&A, Barbican membership (plus a +1, so yes, free art dates available). I’m also a cyclist… well, more of a spring/summer cyclist, since my winter version usually involves hugging my heater indoors.
