Male seeking buddy up/share in city or surrounding

Hello Martyn here looking for an apartment or buddy up in Leeds City Centre.

I work full time (mostly from home) and have lived in Leeds since 2014.

I'm clean and I'm very house proud. I like to hang out with friends, hardly drink unless it's social or going out, I can cook well and would like to find someone pretty much the same who I can hang with and watch movies etc.

A lovely 2 bedroom two bathroom, lounge with modern fittings and balcony would suit me perfectly or a house close to the centre with parking (I currently live here on Leeds dock) but with the extras its becoming very expensive now.

Budget would be pretty decent and bills would be split equally
