Looking for a room or buddy up!

I'm currently in the process of selling my house and need a place to call home until i can get back on my feet!
I'm hard working, usually keep to myself, but love a bit of socialising :)
If it sweetens the deal at all, I will also sing for you...
I come with a floofy black cat called Mona, so any place must be willing to accomodate her too!!
