Young Professional Seeking Accomodation.

Hi, I’m Nathan. I’m 32 and work as a private tutor, running my own tuition business in Sale and teaching in Timperley at weekends. I’m looking for somewhere comfortable, relaxed and well connected where I can settle fairly soon.

I’m friendly, tidy and considerate, and I’m very respectful of other people’s space. I enjoy having a chat and would definitely prefer somewhere with a warm, easy-going atmosphere, but I’m equally happy doing my own thing.

I’m vegetarian, and outside work I’m into sport, football and getting out and about.

I’m self-employed but have a stable income and can provide accounts, proof of earnings and references if needed.

Overall, I’m just looking for somewhere that feels like a home rather than simply a room to rent.
