35 yr old English teacher

Hello!

I'm a 35 year old self-employed English teacher, looking for a room to rent either short-term while I look or short-term with the option to stay long term. I'm sensitive to mould so I can't commit to anything long term until I've viewed in-person.

I currently work online but I'll be looking for work locally. I enjoy living with other people who are respectful and laid back and I aim to be the same.

Budget is somewhat flexible (e. g. bills included £800 max, ideally less)

Location is flexible because I work online. I don't drive so it needs to be close to shops etc.

I've lived in many different places in multiple different countries so I'm very used to adapting to new people and fitting in with different preferences and keeping things clean etc.

I am into cooking and healthy eating. Currently I often do my cooking during the day so that might suit you if you want to have the kitchen to yourself early mornings and evenings.

Happy to live with any age/ gender/ nationality/ sexuality etc, I would just like to live with someone who is friendly and fairly laid back.
