Hello, I'm Ricky and I'm currently looking for a room in a house or to rent a house together with 1 or 2 other people ideally in LS2, LS3, LS4 or LS6 but open to anywhere not too far out from Leeds city centre as long as it has parking and a small amount of outside space.
I've been with my current housemates for a few years but as they're now moving away I'm looking to move by mid July. I'm tidy and usually out in the day working but most evenings I'm happy to hang out.
I like going to festivals and also occasionally going out on a weekend. My budget is around £500-£600.
