Quiet room on or close to sea front

Hello. My current home is in Yorkshire but I'm looking to move close to the south/south-west coast and would like a temporary home there for 6 months or so whilst I investigate the area.

I am retired (from teaching, then a second career in psychotherapy/mentoring work) but I still do some work.: primarily research/writing into wellbeing via natural connectedness and facilitation of wellbeing and emotional resilience activities.

I need a spacious room with ensuite (or separate, but private bathroom), and parking, off street if possible.

I also need a desk/small table or space for one, and a reliable internet connection for my work.

I am on a strict budget, so looking to pay max £800, with all bills included. It might help you to know that I am very frugal with resources for environmental as well as financial reasons. Also, I cook minimally these days and although I do work at home a lot, I will also be out and about walking/visiting nature places at some point every day.

I like to think I'm open to age, gender, race, sexual orientation, those kind of things, but I'm very quiet myself and therefore want a quiet household. I'm happy to chat or share a meal or something occasionally, but on the hermit/party animal spectrum, I'm well at the hermit end!

I'm okay about your pets, though not very barky dogs!

Please note that I am open to various geographical possibiilities on the south/south west coast, not just the places listed for search purposes. Closer to the sea the better!
