I'm a professional female, 35, looking for a double room in a clean, calm house ideally sharing with other professionals. I work a 9 to 5 office job, three days in the office and two days from home, so looking for a room with enough space for a desk.

I’m tidy, friendly, and quiet, preferring a balance of personal space and social time. My hobbies include swimming, going to the gym, travel and reading. Ideally looking for a household that values cleanliness and a relaxed atmosphere.

Non-smoker, no pets. Will have a car so parking required.
