Looking for a Flat/House Share in the Southside

Hi there – I’m a young at heart 53-year-old male IT procurement/supplier management professional looking to move back to the Southside area that I love best. Consequently, I’m looking for a friendly, easy-going flat or house share – and am happy to cast the net from Busby/Clarkston all the way across to Rutherglen/Burnside.

Also, having secured a new job with an East Coast based organisation, I am ideally looking for somewhere not much more than a 10 min walk to the local train station - which will make my twice weekly commute much more palatable than my current 4 hour round trip from Renfrewshire.

In addition, in terms of working from home over the winter period, within reason I would be happy to make an additional contribution for what might ending up being a slightly higher than usual monthly energy bill – albeit that I’m very much one for throwing on another jumper before turning on the heating.
