Room or studio wanted

Hello, I am looking for a studio or a bedroom in a quiet, clean home to share with someone tidy and mature, ideally in Royton, however, central areas of Oldham, Ashton or Rochdale might also be suitable.
A little about myself: I work full time. I don't smoke or drink. I’m not going to have any parties or guests staying overnight. I haven't got any pets. I'm clean and tidy, respectful and considerate of others, and I would like the same qualities from my housemate(s).
I’m friendly, but very quiet person. I like to keep myself to myself. I spend my free time reading, or being in nature in summer.
