Chilled professional looking for a friendly house.

I'm a self-employed small business owner working in fitness and social media. I work from home a couple of days a week, but I'm usually out early either at the business or working from a co-working space in Richmond.

I'm pretty down to earth, quiet and chilled. Outside of work I'm into training and sport, cooking, good coffee, films, a bit of gaming and Lego, getting outdoors and travelling. I'm also a big rugby and F1 fan.

I'm looking for a house that feels like a home rather than just somewhere we both happen to live with my adorable dog coco (who is quiet, house trained and really chill). I'm independent and have my own thing going on, but it'd be nice to live with someone who's up for a catch-up at the end of the day, cooking or eating together occasionally, or just hanging out watching something.

I'm clean and tidy without being obsessive about it, and I'm not a big party person, so there won't be any wild house parties from me. I might occasionally have a friend stay over, but I'd always check you're comfortable with it first and as im sure would be the same in return.

Ideally, I'd get on well with someone who's chilled, relaxed and sociable, has their own life and routine, but also enjoys having a friendly relationship with the person they live with.
