Chilled, Respectful Gamer After Quiet Houseshare.

Hello I’m Lewi! I’m 38, and looking for a calm, friendly houseshare with like-minded people, or a one bed flat or studio apartment in Leicester, as I am starting an MA at De Montfort at the beginning of October (:

I’m easygoing, respectful, and value a home that feels relaxed and comfortable. I like things to be clean and looked after, but not in a strict or stressful way — more of a “everyone does their bit and it flows naturally” kind of environment.

I am returning to university full time, but am happy to live with professionals, or MA and PhD students too.

I enjoy my own space and downtime (gaming, music, chilled YT evenings), but I’m also friendly and always up for a chat when it happens naturally. I’m not a big partier and don’t drink, so I’m ideally looking for a quieter, low-key home rather than a party house. I feel most comfortable in a space where things are calm and people are respectful of each other’s routines and energy.

I’ve had experience in house shares and know how important it is to live with people you click with. For me, that means:

- a calm, respectful atmosphere.
- no pressure around socialising or strict chore systems.
- everyone doing their bit without it feeling like a job.
- a home that feels safe and easy to relax in.

I’m looking to move around middle-to-end of October, with a budget of around 500 per month. Ideally I’d like to be within a short walk of shops (around 5 minutes if possible) and near some green space or a park.

I’m vape and medical cannabis friendly, and comfortable living with others who are too. I’m also open to homes with pets, as long as expectations around them are clear and shared spaces are kept tidy!
