Reliable quiet guy must ideally be accepting UC

I am a male in late fourties must be prepared to accept universal credit looking for a single or double room in either Lancashireareas or Yorkshire ideally. I am available to move within a month and have a budget of between 350pcm max 80 pounds a week I can afford the first 3 months rent at 80 a week max without ot while universal credit kicks in so no need to worry i would like to share with female of any age preferably I prefer someone who likes a nice conversation similar views would be good on current affairs but don’t mind differing views im a big fan of Jeremy Corbyn and have more socialist views
I prefer a quiter lady to share with and I like semi rural areas as long as you can still get out to towns and cities but also be able to have a nice country walk or view or something nice
Any student nurses or teachers or support workers will be great to share with along with any profession or trade or even if your on universal credit etc as long as we get on that will be great or any female students also be happy to share with
Im reliable and clean living if the place is nice and we get on im happy to consider staying longer than six months im also happy to consider a studio I’m just coming from a divorce and want a nice place for 3 months to six months to a year while I then decide what place I want to buy or rent Long term
I’m nice to get on with prefer someone who can be bit quiter at times and any en-suite rooms would be also good 😊 or ideally a sink in room at least and a door that locks but will keep a open mind prefer to share with women or landlady but happy to keep a open mind to choices even happy to consider renting a caravan shepherds lodge on owners farm or land short term
Not able to be paying big deposits or doing references happy to also consider buddying up with especially a lady or two lasses
Will keep all options open happy to also share with one guy if necessary
