XL en suite room or studio

Hi! I'm looking for a **large en-suite room** or a **studio** to rent on a long-term basis from September.

I'm also open to discussing a **buddy-up** with one like-minded female (30+) to find a nice flat together.

A little about me: I'm friendly, respectful, tidy, and easy to live with. I also have an 11-year-old dog who is part of the package.

She's incredibly well-behaved, very clean, fully house-trained, and never barks indoors. She spends most of her time sleeping and is used to living peacefully with others.
