Looking for double room in quiet house

Hi my name is Paul and im looking for a double/large room in either Totton, Shirley or Millbrook area. I work full time, nightshifts and I'm quiet and just looking for somewhere with other quiet professionals. I do smoke so prefer a place with a garden...so I'd happily smoke outdoors.
Have had issues with a landlord before where longterm ongoing work and dodgy tenants were a huge issue...so don't want that again! Been living as a lodger in the New Forest and only looking as she is thinking of using the room for when her grandchildren visit now they are older.
I've set a budget of 700pm max but would consider a bit more for the right place.
