Self Employed music tutor looking for room

Hi, I'm looking for a room in East London! I've lived in the area for 11+ years and ideally, would like to find a place around Clapton / Homerton / Leyton / Forest Gate areas as I work mainly in the boroughs of Hackney and Newham.

I'm a Freelancer music teacher working full time.
I've been self employed for 11+ years and have good references from my previous landlords.

I'm a sociable character but am also respectful of people's space and environment and like everyone, usually have to have a bit of downtime.

A couple of main things I'm paticularly looking for in a house are space for storage and bike spaces.
