My name is Miriam, and I am currently looking for a bright studio flat or potentially a two-bedroom flat share with one other professional only.

I have lived in North Greenwich for almost nine years, but unfortunately my current landlords have decided to sell the property, so I am now looking for a new place to call home. Good transport connections to Victoria and a safe late-night commute are very important to me due to my work in hospitality operations.

I’m primarily looking for a bright, positive space where I can properly recharge after work. Natural light is a big thing for me, as I love having plants around the flat, so ideally somewhere sunny with a calm atmosphere. A balcony would be a huge bonus, and I would prefer not to be on the ground floor. I also really appreciate open-plan layouts, a fully fitted kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub.

A little bit about me: I work in hospitality operations, and outside of work I enjoy cooking, music, nature, and spending time outdoors. I’m clean, respectful, easy to live with, and I value calm, comfortable living spaces.

While I’m mainly looking for a studio, I would also consider sharing with one other single professional only. I’m looking for someone respectful and easygoing who understands boundaries and personal space. I like a friendly atmosphere at home, maybe the occasional meal or conversation, but I also appreciate having independent downtime after work. I would not be looking to share with a couple, and I have no pets.

Ideally, I would be looking to move at the end of May.
