Prefer a sunny aspect but not vital as long as an accessible room gets the sun. Would not need to use the living room in the evenings. Can be sociable when needed and happy to do housework and gardening. Delighted to look after other pets in the house. My toy poodles (two siblings) are well behaved and friendly. I would need a TV point in my room. I would like access to a garden or patio as I love gardening and sitting in the sun.
