Looking for a Double Room/studio/1 bed in London

Hello :)
My name is Katie and I am from London. I am a Manager working for a homeless charity in west london and I am also planning to pursue further studying in this field in the future. I am an easy going, friendly person who is looking for a double room in a quiet and peaceful dog friendly house with max 1 other person I am also looking for a studio or one bed flat so I am open to either of these options.. I have always and am hoping to be able to get on well with the person/s I live with and would like to contribute to making the house a nice environment to live for everyone. I am very considerate of other housemate/s feelings and would be respectful towards the people and house in general. I am a clean and tidy person and would contribute towards this also.

Overall I'm happy to live in a sociable house where We can have a coffee or drink with housemates or any other socialising desired but I am likewise happy to do my own thing and be respectful and aware of housemates space. I am equally happy to live with males/females so long as we can get on and be respectful of each other. If you think I could be a good fit for your house please get it contact. I would be available to visit to do a viewing on evenings/weekends to suit both of us. Also looking for studios and one bed flats as well. I have a one year old King Charles cavalier spaniel puppy, he’s very small, friendly and well-behaved so the house would have to be pet friendly and preferably with a garden/balcony.
