Outgoing, clean Canadian girl

Hi everyone - URGENT double bedroom needed for July 1st!! I’m flexible on the length of stay. £1200/mo budget + bills (or the weekly equivalent for shorter term sublets)

My flat’s been sold and the lease I had lined up to move into just fell through when the landlord ghosted me so now I’m a bit stuck!

I’m a 38yo female with a permanent 9-5 mon-fri office job. I’m clean, considerate and personable - I’m happy to just keep to myself or hang out and chat over a coffee or bottle of wine. I’m Canadian but have lived in England for 12 years.

I have a big fluffy cat named Morris - hes a gental giant - he has very sweet demeanor and has never scratched carpets or furniture - I can provide references from previous landlords to evidence that he hasn’t caused damage. I can pay a moderate additional pet damage deposit if needed.

I’d like to find a place with only 1 or 2 existing flatmates that are sociable but don’t throw big house parties. Id prefer a place with a garden but it’s not mandatory.

Max Budget £1200/month or £275pw not including bills. Minimum 2 weeks sublet required BEGINNING BETWEEN 27 JUNE - 1 JULY.

I’m flexible on the location but I’d prefer SE or SW London, or somewhere south of London along the southern rail line between Clapham Junction and Brighton
