Postgrad Student seeking Room in Flat Share

I'm a first year PhD student at Newcastle University looking for a double room in a houseshare of no more than 4 people in total (furnished or unfurnished) within a 30 minute cycle of the Uni. My budget is £500 including bills. As I am a student I'd prefer to live with other mature/postgrad students for council tax purposes however, I am willing to split council tax bill with a professional so long as the total cost including rent, bills and tax doesn't exceed £550pcm. I need the option of parking as I have a car for field work.

I have a pet corn snake, Scoubi, that I would really like to bring with me, so I'd like a double bedrrom with space enough for a 5 foot vivarium.
