Looking for a short term room 1-6 months

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for a short term room (up to six months at first with possibility of extension) from 1 September 2026. My long term accommodation is going for sale hence I must move somewhere new!

About me: I work 6 days per week (Mon, Thursday and Saturday from the office usually but office work days may vary). I don't like to stay home much so I am almost always out between hours of 8am and 7pm (except on days when I work from home).

Ideal locations (Barnes or Mortlake SW13, SW14) but will definitely consider other areas provided that your homes/flats are within 10 min walk to the train/tube station.

I am 49 years old, sort of a minimalist who enjoys healthy living, sports and intelligent conversation. I do not smoke, hardly ever drink and would like to share with likeminded people (mature individuals like myself).

I am definitely not noisy (I like reading) and cooking in my airfryer.

Excellent landlord references available upon request.

I'm a non smoker and looking for non smoking flatmate(s).
