Looking for buddy up/room from 1st July

Hi, I am a 37 year old engineer who has recently started a new role in central Manchester.

Ideally looking for a 1 bed flat, studio flat, or a room to rent in an existing flatshare. Open to buddying up with with others in similar position.

Budget is around £850/month total including bills, but flexible depending on property.

I have previously lived in several flatshares when working away from home and can provide references on request.

Although job is based in central Manchester initially, I will be travelling frequently to site in Lancashire and Cumbria, so somewhere to park would be ideal.
