Quiet, Reliable Tenant Seeking a home.

Hi,

I'm Daniel, 41, currently living in North London and looking for long-term accommodation.

My housing costs are covered through Universal Credit up to the Local Housing Allowance rate, and I receive additional income. I am happy to provide any documentation, references or affordability information a landlord may reasonably require.

Ideally, I'm looking for a self-contained studio or one-bedroom property, but I would also consider a clean ensuite room in a quiet and respectful household.

I've lived at my current address for over 7 years and am only looking to move because my landlord is selling the property. I can provide landlord references and proof of my tenancy history.
