Hello, my name is Facundo.

I’m a 44-year-old professional photographer seeking primarily a studio or 1-bed flat for myself. Living in Greenwich at the moment — I love the area, but I’m open to other well-connected options within zones 2–3.

I’m interested in finding a considerate and kind landlady/landlord who loves their property and truly appreciates a CLEAN, tidy, careful and considerate tenant.

I’m also open to sharing in a max. 2-person home with the same characteristics described above. Mutual respect, CLEAN common areas — kitchen and bathroom — and genuine consideration for one another are non-negotiable to me. In that case, I’d need a spacious double room in a 2-bedroom home, also within zones 2–3.
I’d prefer an LGBT+ friendly male flatmate, ideally. I’m a gay man.
FYI, I’m not a ‘party guy’, so I’d appreciate someone similar to live with. (Although it might sound boring to some, it’s not to me! 😄)

I’m a decent, calm guy who wants to live in a decent place with respectful, considerate and clean people — and I will absolutely offer the same in return.

Just to save everyone’s time: I’m looking for a long-term rent — if sharing, assuming we get along well. Not interested in Mon–Fri ads.
