Looking for a flat, annex etc around Newton Abbot

Hi,

Elle and I have lived around Newton Abbot for a couple of years - we have been working abroad over the winter and are now looking for a place to stay while we find somewhere to buy in the area. Would consider surrounding area as well, eg. Liverton, Bovey Tracey, Kingsteignton and other places within a similar distance. We will be working at Exeter University but have friends around Newton so are looking to be closer to them.

We're both clean quiet outdoorsy people - keen on hiking, running, cycling, rock climbing, surfing and so forth.
