Professional WFH looking for double room South/SW

Hi, I’m looking for a double room in South or South West London as my landlord is selling the house.

I’m a 48-year-old professional working as a programmer for a bank. I work from home most of the time, but I keep a structured, quiet routine during the day.

I’m a non-smoker, easy-going, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I’ve lived in shared houses before and value a calm, clean and considerate home environment.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active - running, cycling, swimming, yoga - as well as travelling, drawing, and playing guitar (quietly and considerately). I also spend a fair amount of time out and about, so I’m not someone who is always at home.

What I’m looking for:
A decent-sized double room (I have quite a lot of belongings)
Some storage would be ideal (shed/garage is a bonus, not essential)
Parking for a car and motorbike nearby or available
A relaxed, respectful household (professionals preferred but not essential)
South / South West London, ideally Brixton, Clapham, Streatham, Tooting, Mitcham, Wimbledon or surrounding areas - but I’m flexible due to working from home and having my own transport

I’m flexible on the exact setup as long as the home is comfortable and well maintained.
