I would like a single or double room in a quiet house please near Broomfield Hospital easy distance to walk/bus . I like weekly rents, I am a professional locum biomedical scientist in Microbiology, working for Daywebster Locum agency on a new
contract 3mth minimum. A spare room/bedsit in house
would suit with TV. A microwave would be useful. I am quiet and tidy.
I would like weekly rent please. Receipt periodically.
As a locum I give minimum of weeks notice at work, normally 2-3 weeks.
I will go home to Bristol, to my flat, some weekends.
I have no car.
Wi-fi access would be good.
Bedsit/ room in family house or house share in commuting distance would suit.
