Looking for semi sociable house

hello im emma, im 38 and am looking for a place in Edinburgh asap. Aiming for a nice sociable place to live but more on the quieter end of the scale, people who hang out at the pub watch films chill together and respect each others stuff etc is great im not really into living in a “bangin party house” ...

I enjoy surfing, dangerous ridge orientated hikes, snowboarding, travel, climbing, cycling, basically being active, I’m happy do these things alone but would be really nice to find housemates who are into this stuff too or happy to tag along.
I currently rent out a very successful property of my own in plymouth so use this as a steady income along with my job in rope access.
