My name is Javier B. I am a full-time permanent employee at a scientific company in Salfords( Surrey)and I am looking for a clean, quiet en-suite room (private bathroom) with an ideal move-in date of 13th August. I am prepared to pay a deposit upfront to secure the right room.
My maximum budget is £820 per month all inclusive (rent, bills, WiFi and Council Tax).
I am very clean, tidy, quiet and respectful of shared spaces. I don't smoke, have no pets, and I'm looking for a calm, professional house environment. I guarantee all payments on time, every month.
Preferred areas: Horley, Gatwick, Three Bridges, Crawley, Redhill and Salfords.
